Welcome to Village Green Townhouse 2523! We have absolutely loved this place.  Whether you come see our place in person or not, rest assured that there are no smokers in any of the surrounding units,our home has been kept very clean, our townhouse is well equipped with AC and we have not pets.

As you walk into the home, you will enter into a very large, and spacious Family/Living room. 

(notice the T.V. on the wall: we are willing to sale the unit with the television for an addition cost if you're interested.)  The Door you see in this picture, leads to what we call the "back room." This room is where you could store extra belongings, the washer/dryer hook-ups are located, and furnace.  The backroom is very spacious as you can see.  We have some storage tubs, a table, washer & dryer, treadmill, and children's toys back there. 

The Kitchen: notice the new white fridge and stove.  We bought those new in November 2011.  They are Fresh and clean, and have warranties with them.

We can leave the microwave cart for you if you'd like at no additional cost. On your right hand side of the picture, where you can see that bit of floor; this is where it connects to the living room.  This is where our walk in pantry with shelves is located for food, or other items.

These are the stairs, that lead you to the upper level of the house.  This is where you will find your bathroom, master bedroom, extra bedroom, and a linen closet in the hallway.

The closet is about 3 1/2 feet deep, which provides lots of space for clothing.  The room is a nice sized and can even fit a king sized bed if you like.


Extra Bedroom
This room has a big walk in closet, that also helps with storage.  I have placed a dresser inside the closet, which tells you how spacious it is.
